On April 13th, 2024, LittleSteminists will be presenting our second Meet a Steminist program at the Parsippany Main Library at 2:00 PM featuring guest Mrs. Judy Hernandez, a councilwoman and environmental advocate in Parsippany with a civil engineering background (scroll to learn more). As an engineer Judy worked on structural, wastewater, water infrastructure and environmental sustainability. She is an environmental advocate, enjoys botanical and natural illustration, gardening and the outdoors. Judy is the co-founder and coleader of the Parsippany Green Team with the goal of building climate resiliency and a sustainable community while eliminating carbon emissions. Judy is the council liaison for the Open Space Committee, Environmental Advisory Committee, Traffic Advisory Committee and the Parsippany Child Day Care Center. Parsippany resident for 23 years and involved with the community.
